Somebody ask me today about the best way to deal with a bad boss. Maybe her boss is a bad leader, a jerk, plain incompetent or all of the above. I am sure most of you have seen one. I am sure some of you had one, or currently working for one. As a Nurse Informaticist, we need to be prepared to deal with this kind of leaders or unleaders . That is why I decided to create a poll and opinion page so we can build a bank of knowledge where up and coming members of our profession can base their decisions before they decide to push their horrible bosses into a plight of stairs and make it look like an accident.
